If you received a promotional code for an in-app purchase for one of our games in the App Store, you can activate it by doing the following:

• Step #1: Launch App Store on your iPhone/iPad
• Step #2: Tap on the "Featured" tap (it is opened by default)
• Step #3: Then scroll down to the bottom.
• Step #4: Tap on "Redeem" button

• Step #5: Enter your Apple ID and password.
• Step #6: Enter the promo cod
• Step #7: After launching the game please ensure that the in-app purchase was activated

There can be several reasons that can make a person to think about the refund of the money spent on the purchase in the App Store. Purchase did not meet to expectations, it was made by mistake, or even did not reach the buyer due to a technical error or bug, etc.

To get started you need to launch iTunes application on a Mac or PC, sign in and enter the section "Account Information".

When the "Account information” page appears, scroll down to the section "Purchase history”.

Click “See all”:

Push the button "Home" twice, after which you will see the multitasking panel. To close the app you should swipe it up.

Please try to turn on In-App Purchases. Just go to Setting → General → Limitation → turn on the option In-App Purchases.

Game efficiency on the devices of first generation can be not that high or the game may not be launched at all.
